L’ANGED devrait s’engager volontairement pour une meilleure maîtrise des questions environnementales dans le fonctionnement du Centre de traitement des déchets industriels, spéciaux et dangereux de Jradou. A cet effet, l’Agence devrait charger un auditeur agréé pour vérifier la conformité du système avec les exigences de la norme ISO 14001 (système de management environnemental), en l’occurrence en ce qui concerne :
• Les intentions du Centre de Jradou en terme de protection de l’environnement.
• Sa politique environnementale (objectifs de la direction du Centre).
• Les actions planifiées pour satisfaire la politique environnementale déclarée.
• Les moyens de surveillance de la fonctionnalité du Système de Management Environnemental.
• Les contrôles et les actions correctives.

• Information du public à travers une revue de direction et un site web.

The ANGED should voluntarily commit to better management of environmental issues in the functioning of the Centre for treatment of industrial waste, hazardous and special of Jradou. To this end, the Agency should appoint a certified auditor to verify system compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001 (environmental management system), namely as regards:
• The intentions of the Centre Jradou in terms of environmental protection.
• Its environmental policy (objectives of the Centre's management).
• Actions planned to meet stated environmental policy.
• The means for monitoring the functionality of the Environmental Management System.
• The inspections and corrective actions.
• Public information through a management review and a website.
